Guitar World's history identifies Harrison as plugging into a PS-1A on Extra Texture and the following Thirty Three & 1/3 album. An independent Friar Park archive reproduces an early-seventies Harrison-family photograph with the same model visible on the studio Wurlitzer. Neither source documents a complete 1975 floor chain or the selected speed for each take, so the archive shows only the confirmed phase-shifter core and does not merge it with the disputed Beatles-era fuzz evidence or Harrison's 1974 tour rig.
