Lage walks the board himself for Premier Guitar at soundcheck on the View with a Room tour, naming all three units and stating that the Flint is used for its reverb only. Shin-ei's own page for the signature Not So B1G confirms independently that the pedal was built for his touring rig and left without a footswitch because he never switches it off.
