## Signal chain

**Order evidence — Not applicable.** No floor effects to order.

No pedals are documented in this signal path.

## Reconstruction note

McGuinn told Guitar World that he owns and uses a JangleBox at home but cannot use it on the road because electrical interference produces hum; onstage he goes through the soundboard. His 2017 Vintage Guitar interview independently establishes a compression-only philosophy and says the Rickenbacker sounds better without the phase shifter he once toured. The home JangleBox, historical phase shifter and studio compressors are therefore excluded from this dated live snapshot.
