Eddie 9VGuitar Rig, 2023
Eddie 9V dropped his old multi-pedal setup for the Capricorn tours: an Esquire, one cable and a loud amp making all the overdrive. No pedals in the path.

Guitar World records Eddie 9V's March 2023 setup as a Custom Shop Esquire directly into a 1980s 50-watt Music Man. Blues Blast independently documents the same transition from four guitars and many effects to two guitars, a cable and the Music Man, with no pedal unless a 50-watt amp needs help breaking up. Guitar Player later confirms the governing approach with a cable into a cranked '65 Deluxe Reverb reissue and identifies an Origin Effects Magma57 only as a small-room exception. Because this snapshot represents his preferred direct rig rather than that conditional fallback, no pedal is inserted into the path.
