Joe Walsh

Walsh's compact-heavy Eagles rig combined compression, two gain voices, pitch shifting, flanging, chorus and digital delay with wah and his signature dedicated-amplifier talk box.

BOSS photographed Walsh's board at the Staples Center and Walsh directly identified the PS-5, DD-3 and OS-2 as his most-used pedals, explaining the PS-5's changing live presets and the CUBE-driven talk box. Reverb's later gear history names the complete nine-pedal BOSS inventory, matching the colors and layouts in the official photograph. The visual sequence is a functional reconstruction because neither source traces the patch cables. The PSM-5 power/master switch, LS-2 line selector, rack tuner, wireless, power supply and switching hardware are documented but omitted as utilities.
